ANNUAL DIAPER DRIVE
Wow! What an amazing day we had packing diapers for Childcare Resources. Thanks to the FUMC church family, neighboring churches, and friends of the church, we collected a whopping 27,740 diapers, surpassing last year’s total!
Our event kicked off with a yummy pizza lunch (kudos to @Federicisrestaurant). Dozens of volunteers turned out to help pack diapers, and we operated like a well‑oiled machine. From opening cases of diapers, to counting out the required number, to rewrapping and labeling the diaper sizes—every job had its person, and every person had a job.
We even had a dedicated “box man” hauling empty cases away to be broken down, and Diaper Boy pulled double duty with his alter ego, Stomp‑Down‑the‑Garbage Boy!

On Wednesday (March 18th), a delivery was made to our First Responders. Each department received 2 FULL boxes of treats and a generous $400 donation!
